About Main Modalities:
1. Acupuncture needles are fine, sterile, one-time use needles, mostly stainless steel, but there are also silver and gold types. The main purpose is to communicate and activate various Acupoints, in order to adjust bio-physiological reactions, stimulate nervous responses, re-direct Qi (the vital energy), tame ailments, manage pain, invigorate sluggish organs or circulations within the human bodies and mind.

This is a minimally-invasive method. Acupuncture induces zero or slight sensation upon puncturing through the skin.

2. Cupping: using sterilized glass cups, silicones or plastic cups to apply adequate pressure and suctioning to the skin. This is a non-invasive modality, designed to quickly relieve muscle aches, extract hidden pathogens and speed up our bodies self-healing mechanisms.

Massage Therapy RMT

RMT, short for Registered Massage Therapy, it is a group of manual manipulations including but not limited to muscle relaxation, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, etc. Good Vibes focuses on clinical massage, meaning we are here to deliver targeted clinical massage that aims to resolve individual conditions in each patient.

Chen Han’s interest in Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) was stoked when he was just a little child. Every time he was sick, he will be conveniently brought to his neighbour, whom was the President of the local TCM hospital. Chen was healed each time by magical potion, or manual manipulations without surprise.

After a decade of hard work in the real estate management and financial realm, Chen realized coming back to his belief and love for TCM serves him and his family better. Today, he is ready to extend his skillful healing hands to more people by joining the Good Vibes team. His modalities include acupuncture, fire cupping, wet cupping, essential oil, herbal heat pads, scraping and more.

Chen held a BA in Real Estate Management from China, MBA from McMaster University, and TCMP diploma from the Vancouver Career College. He is currently working in the capacity of R.Ac. and will be upgraded to R.TCM.P shortly.

You should expect non-judgemental, detailed-oriented, earthy-warm session with Chen. He takes care of pain to pediatric, internal to external conditions.
